I had CMS installed in my property 2 years ago. The technicians installed the link-up and the salesman sold me two fitted panic buttons and one remote panic button as well as a gate receiver. The technician who did the link up said he did not have stock of the above mentioned but would bring it when it was available. Over that time I have phoned countless times to get my stuff but to no avail they actually said maybe the technician the stuff so they cant help me, the technician even came to my house and said he had been told I am accusing him of! Eventually a gentlemen called and said what do I need from them. I told him I wanted my remote panic button but he could credit my account with the value of the rest of the goods I never received anything. Its now 4 months later, im still forking out money monthly, no account credited and I have no way of alerting CMS if im in trouble so what am I paying for??? I have phoned again and because I cant remember names of people I spoke to I don't get assisted. I am sick to death besides the fact they never drive past my house (I am home all day). R12000 paid over 2 years for a service I cannot use!!!
