On 7 August a Maxidor consultant, Tshepo Monisi, came to my unit to take measurements. 8 August he sent a quote. I decided to get a Trellidor quote as well. After comparing the quotes I decided to go for Maxidor and paid the amount in full on 26 August. I sent proof of payment through to Tshepo but the email bounced. As a result I sent the email to the sales email. The next day a new consultant Edmund Hayes called and had to redo measurements at my unit. I was understanding that for whatever reason Tshepo had left the company. Edmund sent documentation to me on 27 August which returned filled in right away with proof of payment made on 26 August. After two weeks I received no further correspondence from Maxidor. I emailed the following on 9 September, "Please may I have a response. I paid R8769.96 on the 26 August and not received any details of when the security gates I have paid for will be installed." I was then texted that a consultant would come on 10 September, "Dear Frank Kienhofer Maxidor Installation Confirmation: 10/09/13 ALB: 396171 Your Installer is Al Cell 073 058 7786 Thank you Maxidor 0861 Slamlock [Email Removed] No consultant came or contacted me yesterday.
