This is the second complaint about adt not refunding my money and not caring about my situation.
I don't understanding their logic, ie.they took my money R2900-00 for an installation that was cancelled, so the right thing to do is to fully refund me immediately, not be dodgy about it.
The salesman contacted me on monday to ask why did I cancel and what do I require him to do about it!
I have sent numerous emails to adt requesting a refund, so it's quite obvious that there's no internal communication going on there or no one actually cares.
adt just refund my money and cancel the contract - i don't require or need your services any more - there are much better security services out there.
