Despite numerous requests from us to Incity to repair our residence's alarm system Incity do not respond. The alarm goes off continuously. We cannot arm it as the continuous noise from the siren disturbs neighbours. The result is that we ARE PAYING FOR A SERVICE THAT INCITY do not provide. We are pensioners and definitely cannot afford to throw money away. Incity obviously is only interested in collecting the monthly fees. Prior to signing the service contract Incity sent one of their technicians to our property to inspect the alarm system and they confirmed that it was compatible with their systems and all was in order. We are now desperate! Never seen such disgusting service!
