ADT (the biggest is not the best)

I have been a client of ADT for over 5 years. In the past 2, 5 years I have had consistent problems with my alarm system getting false alarms:
1. I have had ADT technicians out at least 10 times over this period (often with these technicians arriving when not scheduled or without contacting me beforehand despite my having arranged for them to do so).
2. I have spoken to managers, technicians and various others and requested assistance which has often simply not been acknowledged or done.
3. I have upgraded my alarm system.
4. I have ended up having to pay extra fees due to the number of times the response team have to come to my house.
5. I am now being threatened and harassed by my neighbours due to the consistent false alarms at my home (sometimes 5-10 per day).
However, despite all these attempts to get my alarm working normally, I continue to get false alarms.
The last time I complained about this problem (less than a month ago) and insisted ADT fix the problem, the ADT technician told me that the problem was caused by the sun or birds. ADT is unable to fix my alarm and get it in working order despite my many attempts and high expense to do so.
Be careful using ADT!
