I had two cars that have tracker units... i sold 1 car 3mnths ago and have been calling tracker ever since to arrange the change of ownership to the new owner as she agreed to take over the account.
they have been promising to call her and never did. last week i spoke to the new car owner and she confirmed that tracker finally called her and the took her banking detail and said they will start debiting this month. today i receive a statement that shows that i am still gonna be paying for that car again for the 3rd time since its been sold.
i tried calling tracker today since 3pm and calls are not going thru. i am very disappointed with the service. it shows that they don't care about their client as long as the money is going into their account is fine.
