No service and no response

I have tested my tracking unit in my vehicle with Netstar on the 12th of May.

They reported back to me that the unit is not responding and would need to get a replacement unit out.

On a couple occasions I have scheduled and escalated the issue to Netstar, management have contacted me after I have threatened to cancel the service that the unit will be replaced and they will follow up afterwards.

The replacement was scheduled but the installers didn't pitched, till today I have not received a phone call nor a follow up from management to follow up if the unit is faulty.

I have stopped the debit order and requested two months credit since when the unit did not work and want the service stopped with immediate effect.
