I moved into a house that had a security alarm installed but was out of order.
I called Protect security to quote me on fixing the system to get it in working order again.
After accepting the quotation, it took the installers forever to contact me for the installation, I had to call every day for answers.
When the installers arrived they said I need a new Board that was not quoted for, they said they have a second hand one thats going to cost us 6x black labels... after buying the beers thy said its not compattable with my system. I said they are the most unprofesional company in Burgersfort.
I need a new one, after sighning the papers for the new board the owner calls me, shouting and swearing at me also saying they do not need my business...
Not giving me a second to speak.
This is very poor service and will NEVER recommend ANYONE to use This company.
