I was contacted, today by this institution on fitting a tracker unit on a new vehicle. Tracker thinks that because they are subcontractor by OUTsurance that they can treat you like c_r_a_p or that you are forced to join them. My old tracking unit was already older than 3 years and on a month to month contract. The consultant was absolutely nowhere with regard to my details, following routine and had to be corrected on several points.
My phone call was left hanging on in different call centre departments. They believe they are un-touchable and I had the worst first sales engagement I have ever experienced. I eventually ended holding on for the phone call, only to receive a sms to phone them back. It's like they believe they are the only vehicle recovery company in SA. If this is the way you get treated on 1st engagement, just think how you'll be treated in case of an emergency?
