I am disgusted!
Robert from Platinum Fitment Centre pitched up at my office - saying he has a copy of my invoice, I asked him to leave it at reception for my attention as I was busy.
He calls me and speaks to me so rudely. I asked him why he didn't email it to me, he rudely says that he has no scanner! This is NOT my problem!
I am a customer, and I am paying a lot of money, I don't need to deal with unprofessional incompetence.
With all the drama your company has given me, I DEMAND a discount or my payment to be forfeited! This is not the way to treat clients... And I am not supposed to be running after your useless team... Robert can fit the bill, as he is absolutely rude...
