I sent an e-mail through to Cartrack in May this year to cancel my service with them for two vehicles and that the debit order has to be stopped. A representative from Cartrack phonbed me to confirm the cancellation yet they kept on debiting my account in June, July and now August. The reason for cancellation is that both vehicles were sold.. In all the time that I had this service I was contacted via SMS that the vehicle system was tested 3 times since the start of the service which was about 5 years ago
