I was parked in by a Coin Security vehicle at Five Ways Spar. I asked the driver twice to move 1/2 a meter forward and eventually got out 12 minutes after getting into my car, when I just put foot and reversed... How I missed him I still do not know. I phoned the Coin office and reported the driver to Monica. She listening through my anger and promised to get the Branch Manager to call me back. Not 20 minutes later Richard called me and apologised and was very nice about it, promising to have a word with his drivers re other road users. The response and manner in which my complaint was handled really amazed me. THANK YOU BOTH for hearing me out.
