Lack of disclosure makes ADT Untrustworthy

NOW ADT wants me to pay around R 327 as "penalty" for terminating their PATHETIC excuse of service -This no-one at ADT can give me a valid reason for, since I cancelled in terms of the Service agreement. Paragraph 8.1 on the "fineprint" They do not disclose any such penalty fees of course. The call centre response is that its not on the agreement, but they are allowed to do it because of "CPA" that would be "Consumer protection act" Hmmm. hello. forgive my ignorance but isn't that a bit of a paradox? What a joke. I wouldn't trust ADT to give me the correct time of day after all this difficulty. Never mind keep me safe. If you cannot even be honest with your disclosures in the service contract, how could you possibly expect me to put my family's safety in your hands... no resolution. better pay the money and get rid of ADT for good, I'll consider it school fees.and dont bother to call us or respond with your regular automated reply: " We take note of your comments, these have been communicated to our Management Team, and you will be contacted by someone where they will look to assist you furthert bla bla bla bla -" its the same service all around... CONSUMERS BEWARE
