I thought I would not complain this time - however, first a compliment, then a complaint:
Thank you to ADT for the security making their rounds at night - last week received a check-up slip almost every night.
It would be nice though if they could be on their guard 24/7 especially the railway side. There has been an increase in at our place during early hours of the morning... so much so, our washing line has also been.
Nevertheless, can someone please tell me what is happening with my account?? My contract has expired last month already - nobody contacted me as yet. Also, when they installed my mag on the sliding door about a year and a half ago, someone could explain to me how to link it to the alarm on the keypad via telephone!!!
Howcome a technician has to come out to my place to link 2 zones to the 1 zone. I find it quite ridiculous that they cant do it over the telephone. The mag could be linked over the telephone, but not a zone? R450 I definitely dont have, especially when a technician will do a small little thing on the keypad.
