Im still waiting for my provident fund

Hi my name is Bertus i have a problem its been two months that im waiting for my provident fund to be paid out, by the absa provident private security sector and i leave emails voice msg and no one get back to me and its taking long time now. I will appreciate it if someone can assist and get back to me.
