Signed up with adt at my shop. the panic button i asked to be fitted was fitted in the wrong place i phoned in and explained that we had an issue and pushed the panic button which clearly visible to the suspicious people who entered AND best off the panic button fitted in the wrong place specified did NOT WORK. The lady i spoke to said they will send someone, how would i be making payment i said, first of all the panic button your big and well advertised company fitted does not wotk and fitted atleast a metre away from the specified requirement.
She said ok i understand, so they did come in and sort there k up out. i got debited R460 from my bank account without my consent. I phoned in and was told you waited to long to report our mistake so we just billed you
There response time is also not acceptable 30 -45 minutes is bulls#*t. My premises could be emptied and still give criminals time to make breakfast and eat it.
I never even see them pass my shop or show that they do my area

I know they are a big company and one of me wont make a dent in there company.
Im not usually a person to complain, but getting fed up with all
