I received a phone call in April for my vehicle which, Tracker, sent one of their technicians to come and remove. When i asked the technician why he was removing the unit, he told me that he got a phone call to remove the unit. There was a deactivating button which initially deactivated the unit. Their technician took that and i didn't have to go through the whole process of pressing this and that. Now i travel with my car everywhere without a call from them to check if I'm still ok or if the vehicle has been hijacked or not.
A couple of months later I receive an email from Tracker saying that the unit in my car seems to be unresponsive. I write back to them that it will be unresponsive because they ordered somebody to come remove it. As it turns out, I don't have a unit in my vehicle but the monthly premiums are debited without hinderance.
In accordance to our agreement Tracker is suppose to cover me wholistically as the unit I bought with the car was a top of the range unit.
I am absolutely unhappy with this and I have been looking for alternatives. I have given Tracker enough time to resolve this and NOTHING.
