My wife got a new car so got a new device fitted as part of our insurance.
From day 1 the device was faulty, constantly reporting battery tamper. And from day 1 they took down my number, not her contact number.
Both my wife and I have asked c-track on numerous occasions to change the contact number and also to replace the faulty device. It's now months later, I still get many calls per week asking if I'm ok as my vehicle is being tampered with.
I am now appealing to any form of management that might get this complaint as attempting to reach anyone tellephonically is not working
