Cancellation of account

I called Adt on 02 july and I sent an email as well but today my contract has not been cancelled. I said they can debit the cancellation from my bank account.
No one has called me to cancel this contract. Please cancel this contract I don't need it anymore. I'm willing to pay the penalty fee.
