On the 2nd of June 2013, our alarm went of whilst we were not home. The alarm went off at 10:39. My fianc? was contacted at 10:40. The vehicle was only dispatched at 10:49 to attend to the alarm. I stand corrected, but that is 10 minutes. The vehicle only arrived at our home at 10:52. At this point in time my fianc? had already made her way home from Queenswood, approximately 10km away. Now that is reaction time if you ask me.
It was requested for a senior person to come and see us on the 3rd of Jun 2013, so that the matter could be discussed (the "fast" reaction time the previous day), but this senior person is most likely busy "responding" as he has not been to our house till this day.
The alarm went off again on this past Sunday, 30 Jun 2013, whereby the reaction time did improve, or not. Upon arrival home we found the ADT note. We requested an activation report on the 1st of July 2013, and was promised this report within 24hours... 35 hours later and the e-mail still hasn't arrived.
13min reaction time means they could have taken my TV set and X-Box again (last time only took them 2min to do so) and could have done so 6 times before ADT arrived.
Great company if I might add.
