Again, another complaint

I have logged complaints about this company so many times, and every time I get told, "We'll look into it". The last complaint I logged on HalloPeter even resulted in CarTrack rep stating over the phone that the bad service was as a result of Cartrack... and it will be rectified.

Again, I have to inform the public of yet another "Experience" with cartrack.

Monday (24 June 2013) my car went to BMW for a service, so I though... Aah awesome timing to see if cartrack kept to their promises of better service and response times on warning systems... 12h00 Monday afternoon came, no call from Cartrack... 19h00 that monday night... no call...

Today is Friday, I have still not received any call from cartrack saying that my car is being or to ask if anything is OK. I have even stopped pressing my button inside the car on Tuesday, still no response.

From Monday to Friday, I haven't had a single call from cartrack asking if my car is OK.

How a company can provide such horrible service and still get clients is beyond me
