CARTRACK NEED AGENT TRAINING AND NEW ADMIN STAFF

Where to start? I purchased my car in the beginning of 2013, where I was told fitment of my cartrack was already done everything is sorted, then a week later I get a call from cartrack that they still need to do fitment, they advised that I need to have my car details on hand when the consultant phones me, a month went by and I got a message from cartrack that my account is in arrears? my account is in arrears? for something that "still" needed to be fitted??? I phoned cartrack spoke to numerous agents where they advised me they still need to do fitment, I phoned the dealership to sort this out as to my knowledge the fitment was already done, the dealership advised they will have this sorted as the fitment WAS done, a week later car track phoned me again and advised me that fitment needs to be done, I spoke to LETTIE to have this sorted, I waited for a response from Lettie but nothing happened, still receiving ongoing messages that my account is in arrears, I was at the end of my rope, I advised cartrack that I wont be needing their services, as not even they themselves know what they are doing, they advised that my cartrack was cancelled, I emailed Lettie numerous times where I d
