NETSTAR - PATHETIC LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE

3 yrs with Netstar. I had a tracking device. First unit faulty and I was told by BMW to have it removed. When I contacted Netstar, I was told they were aware of the problem and would exchange the unit. This was done. Subsequently this happened again. I contacted Netstar to be told that they would contact me to resolve. This didn't happen. After further calls, without ANY contact, I withheld payment at that monthend - the unit was faulty and my problem was not being addressed, SIMPLE. This happened for 2 more months - still no contact from Netstar. Instead of having somebody address my issue, they handed me over. At time of sale of my car, I asked Netstar to remove the unit - they held me to ransom saying that they will not remove until the debt is paid. I then spoke to the Netstar accounts, explainingg that I did not agree with the monies claimed. They reluctantly agreed to remove the device. A week later, the legal harrassment from VVM continued, but suddenly offered me a 30% discount - I find this cheap and insulting. I offered them 1 month as a without prejudice notice payment which I still feel is more than I should have done. I am yet to hear from Netstar. WHY???
