Hi,

I sent an email to Netstar on 20/06/2013 regarding a contract that belonged to my late father. I still haven't received a response and I am on the verge of cancelling his contract due to the shocking lack of customer feedback or assistance.

I sent the same email to your competitor, Tracker who have since assisted me and all is well. Your level of service is shocking and disgusting.
