In 3 June I reqested cancellation of my ADT contract as from 1 July. The email response was:
'ADT South Africa 3 Jun Thank you for your enquiry, we will be in touch with you within 24hrs (excluding weekends and public holidays).'
No response, and on 16 June I again contacted them telephonically and via email. The response:
Ticket: EC084BD514B9A Re: Re: Your enquiry has been sent to ADT. [Email Removed] 16 Jun (5 days ago) to me plus an assurance that somebody will contact me
- again no feedback at all.
Two days ago, I contacted them again via telephone, and again the lady told me somebody will call me back regarding my query. Nobody did.
Now I am just wondering if they are going to tell me that is too late for debit order cancellation for this month?
