I have move into a new house and decided to install a alarm system, for the area was having quite a few breakings in the past. So I have ask ADT Security to install a new Alarm in my house. I have sign the contract on the 20th February 2013, pay them the installation fees for otherwise they will not come out or the order would not be prosess for installation. About 3 days later I decided not to follow trough with the contract and installation and cancel the order. I was promise by the sales guy that it will be cancelled and that I will receive a full refund of my money. This is now 4 months later and I still have not receive my money.
I make weekly calls, if not daily to ADT, to find out when I will receive my money. And everyday I'm getting promises from them, that it will be today or tomorrow or next week or in 10 days. Everytime you call it will be 10 days for the last 4 months now.
ADT dont care about 1 individual, but if we as a whole in SA biocot them not to use their systems then they will change their attitude. So please help me and stop using thier systems.
