Faulty Equipment elicits Zero Response 12 hr late

At 3 am I was awakened by a crackling noise, subsequently identified as coming from the siren. This developed further into an alarm siren, a staccato beep, beep, more crackling, as if the radio was picking up someone else's alarm, not mine.By 5 am I decided this wasn't going to subside and called the Technical department. The technician advised me to wait until 8am! Or disarm my alarm. I live alone - so wasn't comfortable with this.By 7am I was climbing the wall! I disarmed the alarm but the noise continued. I unplugged the alarm. I called at 8 am, was given promises of someone calling me back, which I'm still waiting for at 3pm the next day. I'm surrounded by workers renovating my bathrooms. I have no alarm. I tried to call Head Office, they don't answer their phones. I've left several messages with the Technical Department who just tell me they will get the manager to call me back. He has yet to do so! Not the first bad experience with them. No-one wants to take responsibility. Time has no meaning for them. Service has even less. Would I recommend them? NEVER! I am FURIOUS!!!
