Altech Netstar has been calling me since December last year, to install a tracking device with them for my vehicle. I finally agreed last week for a fitment to be done this week on 04/06/2013. what upsets me is the fact that when I was sold this, certain things weren't mentioned, like the fact that I have to first register with them through the Call Centre. why wasn't I given my account number on the day of the fitment? I called the Call Centre since the day of the fitment in order to get my user name, password and account number, yet daily I am being passed on from pillar to post, and at times I hold on for minutes and still don't get through. What is the point of me choosing a cyber sleuth supreme, if I cant even track my car on the internet all because the people who are meant to assist me are not doing what they promised to. I am considering moving from Altech to Tracker. Its only the first week, but I am already fed up!
