So we get a quote from a sales rep at Chubb (Shane) and he assures me that within 7 days of paying a deposit we will have an installation done. After paying my deposit, ten days later, I had not heard anything from Chubb. When I called Shane, Thursday 30th June, he said he had no paperwork and had no idea what I was talking about. I re-faxed the proof of payment to him and he said he's "get the ball rolling"
Its now Monday 3 June, and I have heard NOTHING from Shane/Chubb. I call, get put through to 5 different people, and Michelle (manager of sales) tells me "the paperwork has not been handed in yet" and sorry but "Shane is on leave" How is that my problem? Do they not have staff handling his clients?
I am irritated now, since I still do not have an installation date, and do not see why Chubb's staffing problem are now my problem and are inconveniencing me? And to top it all off, they have received my money and faxed payment proof since the 22 June 2013. I have proof they received the fax, and proof I paid the deposit.
Is thhis the company i am supposed to trust now with my life, security and safety?
