After transferring ownership of a vehicle tracking contract to the new car owner, R299.00 was debited from my account on the 25 May 2013 and this happened despite the fact that I got a confirmation from Kaya Payi, the retentions consultant that the ownership change was completed and that no further debit orders would be taken from my account with effect from May 2013.
All I want is for Mix telematics to refund my money immediately as they took money from a wrong client.
