I have an electric Fence connected to the ADT alarm. The fence separate alarm went off on the w/end, but the house alarm was not activated. ADT only came to fix it on Tuesday only. On Tuesday night the same happened again. I contacted ADT at 8h00, 9h00 and 10h00 and every time waiting for a EVE (Technicians Supervisor) to contact me from Cape Town regional office. I live in PE but you have to work via CT. Despite all the promises, Eve never contacted me. The last time I said that I will cancel both my ADT contracts if she does not respond by 10h20 and even then she did not bother.
I am in JHB at the moment and need this fix today, or else the contracts are cancelled.
How can one trust their armed response if this Eve does not even respond after threatening to cancel the contracts. Nick de Bee
