Cannot attend to our alarm not activating

Wednesday we still activated the alarm with the remotes before leaving our premises and when we came back we de-activated the alarm. When we wanted to activate at 6o'clock, none of our remotes would activate the alarm. I called ADT immediately and they told me I must unplug it for 20 minutes to reboot itself and then try again - unsuccessfull. Then I phoned again and they said I must phone this morning (Thursday) to make an appointment with the technicians to come out to our premises to see what is wrong. When I phoned, they told me the first available opening for an appointment is Monday 20 May 2013 and it will cost us R480-00 call-out fee. Now we have no security whatsoever for 5 days and ADT couln't give a, they get their money monthly... our insurance do not pay out any loss or burglary if armed response cannot confirm that alarm was activated and they were aware of something is going on. I am very very very very upset
