I had a tracker installed. I sold the car, 3 months later I discovered that my buyer did not transfer the tracker to his name. I requested that we should transfer the tracker to my current car and disconnect the one installed on the old car. I was told someone will get in touch with me but no one did. Tracker got their lawyers involved without getting in contact with me first. Their lawyers obviously contacted me to demand the areas funds. In the process Tracker blemished my credit record. It was really unnecessary of tracker to do so when their staff members are the incompetent ones. I'm so very and disappointed by Tracker.
