There is a mistake with my account. The premium taken off my bank is too much. I have been trying unsuccessfully since last Thursday (2 May) to get hold of ADT Accounts. 086 12 12 400 / 500 options 2, 3 and 4 - no one EVER answers. I left my number 5 times for ADT to call me back. I've gotten through to the control room 3 times, and left my info, no-one has called me back. I got through to a 'head-office' number, I asked for Accounts, the switchboard transferred me to FIRE SECTION. Today I called again, choosing option one (life threatening emergency), they still took about 30 seconds before they answered. I've left my info again, but have no disillusions. I will probably not be contacted. So again, I put my hopes on HELLOPETER. With some companies one's only hope to get a response. So here's hoping someone will sort out my problem TODAY.
