I cancelled my services with ADT on 01/03/2013.Reason for cancellation was poor service and negligence with regard to the security of my family. As stated in numerous calls to sales consultant (Alvin Subramony) and call centre (Harriot), my alarm was working efficiently prior to your technicians 1st/ free callout to reset my alarm. I was present when your technicians came out to site in October 2012 to reset my alarm. Your technicians had changed zone settings on my alarm which caused numerous false alarms, the change in settings also affected my siren because my siren starting operating as a silent siren??? When I questioned the changes on site with your technicians they had assured me that they would come back to rectify the problem, they had to leave because it was Friday and they only worked till 15:30 on a Friday. Your technicians neglected to subsequently come out and rectify the problem despite their assurance. Despite my numerous attempts by telephone with your sales consultant, your call centre and Chantel to have the matter rectified, the above became an ongoing problem for me and became disruptive to my life. Hence my cancellation.
Now despite my cancellation, ADT still debits?
