I bought an Audi from Waterfront Audi last year. Altech came to my house and fitted a tracking device. The device has at random intervals set off the car alarm and caused the Netstar control room to call me and ask if the car was OK. Yes, was always my reply but that this ongoing problem was really beginning to annoy me - this was during December. It is May now and the same thing is happening, I spoke to their customer helpline who told me that somebody would call me yesterday... I am still waiting for that call.
