Service, what Service and say we are to blame

We moved from a house where we had an owners alarm which we removed to a house that we are renting. This house also had an alarm installed. We notified ADT that we want to cancel the previous alarm and have our owners alarm in this new house. Firstly this was not done. So we asked what was going on why are you deducting for two alarms if we only use one and we asked via e-mail to have the one canceled. Very unfriendly actually rude women in the Vaal triangle branch said she will look into the matter. This was November 2012. We heard nothing until I decided to send their head office a complaint, but still nothing and each month they deduct two alarms money from our account. We stop order this and in February of 2013 I had enough, I phoned the head office and was transferd to the pre-legal department. My husband was listed as a bad payer, but why, because ADT doesn't want to do their jobs. After a big debate and proof of the e-mails that I have sent to them saying I want to cancel the one Alarm system, they now said okay, Pay R 2000, but we can't resign from our contract, and we need to pay for system loss and radio loss. We are not happy with the service we have received from ADT.
