POOR RESPONSE TIME

I find this to be SHOCKING! What if my wife was alone in the house?

It took ADT more than 25 minutes to respomd to the alarm that went off.

Then when I approached the guy who responded to the call as to why they took so long to respond, he just said contact the command centre. Is this what we can expect in future?

I gave the guy the wrong password on purposse and he took that and off he went.

I need answers!!!
