My Daughter had an accident on the 15/03/2015. We were instructed to pay our access to MV Panel-beaters. I paid it on the 18/03/2015, because if this was not done, the car parts would not have been ordered, 2 weeks later i phoned and was told that the car parts has just arrived and the car was booked in on the 13th April 2015. 3 Weeks later, going into our 4th week and still this car is not fixed up. Apparently the cradle need to be ordered and i have a contact at Huyndai and MV Panel-beaters did not order this cradle as what they said they did, as you need to order the parts according to the VIN Number. I hate it that panel-beaters across the board gets away with BULLSHIT. I am lodging a complaint with the Panel-beaters board SAMBRA, hopefully they will help and assist us in getting all the "Rotten apples" out of panel-beaters. Don't Bullshit me, some panel-beaters think we know nothing, in fact we do know allot about our own cars. Every-time when you phone you get told that someone will get back to you, and you have to follow up the whole time on the progress of your car, in the mean time you still have to pay your monthly instalment and your insurance, help yourself to your own alternative transport. I would like to start a website with bad service and go to the panel-beaters board and hand this to them and see if we can actually close these businesses that is so dishonest. I have always felt that being honest will get you very far in life, one day is one day the wheel turns slowly and MV Panel-beaters will loose something off great value to them and wonder why it was done in that orderly fashion, but then i trust and hope they actually sit back and think it is all the wrong that they have done to other people in all the Bullshit that they have done, the dishonest work they have performed that they should actually turn back and apologize to everybody in what they have done. Hope that day is sooner than what we all hope for.
