Ref 3hru87u, as computicket can see, 2 tickets were not collected for the Metallica show for Saterday, this is because i was a victim of a terrible house, and my personal possession was, including my purse, which contained my credit card that bought these tickets on the 21st of Nov 2012. so not only has it been a traumatic experience, but now because my credit card is, computicket deny me my tickets!! I spoke to computicket and told them my card was, what do i do, they to me and said, print your statement with proof of purchase, print your confirmation email, and take your id to computicket, so i did, i also phoned back to double check i can go to computicket checkers as there is no computicket outlet here where i live. 45 min later of waiting at checkers, i was told by the manager that computicket has told them, that they CANNOT give me MY tickets without the original card. Gee computicket in a country filled with so much crime why is there nothing for this? you are as well! I paid for my goods (tickets) and YOU did not deliver, but took my money, you have appalled and sickened me!! This is certainly unacceptable!
