In January I ordered photographs from Cape Photography for an event that was held by Expressions Dance Studio in Stellenbosch in September 2012. Payment was made via Monster Pay. The value of the purchase was R795.00.
Numerous emails were sent and on one occasion I managed to get hold of "Max" who indicated that the lady who was dealing with the orders had left, but he would see if he could sort it out.
To date I have had neither a response to any one of my mails, nor to my request for the photographs ordered.
