As a global citizen and great fan of Basketball, I can not understand (for the life of me) why I pay so much premiums to DSTV to only get one channel (out of 50 something channels) that plays basketball (that is ESPN). Even with this (one) channel, DSTV has no clue of what this channel will broadcast. The TV guide is terribly wrong when it comes to ESPN (esp. Basketball schedules). I woke up at 01h45 am on a Sunday morning to check the first playoff matchup between Nets and Bulls only to find Denver and Warriors about to fininsh on their first playoff matchup. Why didn't DSTV update the TV programming schedule? How can DSTV send customers for expensive holiday trips but fail to do something as simple as updating TV guide on what playoff games will be broadcast (on this one Basketball channel). I understand South Africa is the third world but can't ESPN/NBA give me another option to get a beautiful game (outside of DSTV) Please? I bought a big screen TV so that I enjoy my sport on a big screen TV not online but on a Big screen TV. PLease! PLease! It's playoffs now, can I please as a global citizen have another way of getting more of NBA games broadcast on SA TV.
