A while back my boyfriend bought tickets to watch Metallica in Cape Town. They are his favourite band so he made sure he was first in line to get them. Then the venue changed which made everything super complicated because Computicket said you had to swop your ticket. Fair enough at least you would still have a ticket right? WRONG! The buggers sold out all the tickets so when people like my boyfriend went to go and swop their tickets there were none left and they were told they would have to fork out more money to attend the concert or they could have a refund. How's that for bad organisation skills? Maybe Computicket should spend a little more time caring for their customers than trying to make the most money they can out of any event.
