Booked my tickets for Metallica at the Cape Town Stadium. All well and good, two R360 tickets. Then the venue changed, and when I went to exchange my tickets, as per the SMS I received, I was informed there were no more R360 tickets available. I was left with an option to upgrade to more expensive tickets or receive a full refund (I guess I can consider myself lucky I received that option, reading some other reports on here).
Frankly, this is shocking. Tickets bought and paid for should be guaranteed seats if the venue changes. What now? No concert for me :(
