A while ago I read an article in the newspapers on new channels that DSTV would add to selected bouquets. Two channels that caught my eye was the Kyknet & Kie and Fox entertainment that was indicated to form part of the Compact bouquet. This was confirmed by DSTV Easy info when you explore their different packages using the "OK" function then selecting the DSTV Easy info.
Happy to say that I took a picture of this as DTSV changed their tune tonight after I realised that I was unable to view the Fox Entertainment channel, I phoned their customer services of which more than 20 min later I was informed by the consultant that Fox Entertainment was now only available for the premium bouquet. Is this not false advertising as it was advertised to the "Compact" consumer as well?
Do they have the right to just change their minds at the last minute? Please advise?
