I was called to join the DSTV debit order system and I did in good faith in the month of February. I was told I would pay R545 with a discount of R100. in the first month they debited the 500 and I was unemployed at the time so that is all I had and I was aware that I owed them R45.

the following month they tried to debit me R1223 end of February and I reversed the debit order as I did not now where that amount was coming from, I tried to call Multichoice to questions and I stayed on line till my airtime ran out as I was number 75 on the list of waiting calls. this alone is an issue on my part.

I then went on to pay 650 to make up for my previous months miss hap, and to pay for the month I was on. and know they are trying to bill me R1568 and I do not understand where that comes from as I have not missed any payments since I got my DSTV even when I want home for December I payed my DSTV in January when I got back from holiday. my electronic statement says I need to pay R695 as that is what is outstanding but my mail massage says I must pay 1558.

NO!!! ill rather pay the old way or move to TOP tv cause DSTV is a lot of stress for nothing.
