My dstv was deactivate cause I paid it late. After I have made a payment it was activated but not working giving me error MSG that there is no connection.
I phoned the call centre Monday the 25th for them to fix the problem but the gave me steps to follow which did not work so I did not have a Dstv for that week.
I phoned again on Sunday the 31/03/2013 I was given the same steps to follow and they still did work and the problem was not fixed
I phoned again Monday the 01/04/2013, the call centre agent went through the steps with me but the dstv still not working.
I phone again Tuesday the 02/04/2013 they gave same instructions to follow the data was still not working.
The call centre agents told there was nothing they can do.
I spent lot of airtime trying to phone them but I did not get any help or get the problem solved.
I went through dstv website to complain but the isn't any email address that I can use to complain hence I wrote to helopeter
I would like their technician to come and fix this and I would also like the to credit my account with all the days I did not get to watch dstv because of their service.
I also want multichoice to reimburse my airtim
