My HDPVR broke down and I took it to the Multichoice agency they said that they will take my decoder and order a new one but it will take 7 days so they activated my secondary decoder because I have extraview as my primary. Well that didn't work the secondary decoder kept asking for a heartbeat from the main decoder and the Multichoice customer care centre is utterly useless so I decided it will be better to not watch TV at all for that period. So 7 days later I received my new decoder and the agency switches the decoders back like they were and presto my new HDPVR is now my primary and the other my secondary. Now that so called brand new decoder keeps rebooting itself every 2-3 hours and it is still doing it. Then last night my SMS arrived and I was actually ripped off with a walloping R2040! And Multichoice's answer to this? Well Sir you have two accounts now or premium packages even though I never asked for another package I cant even afford it! And so neither the agent or the supervisor cant reverse my payment and it needs to investigated wow thanks I guess I will have a very boring Easter. Tommorow morning debit order stop, you can now wait for your money every month!
