I wrote a complaint about being blacklisted by a pay as you view TV channel Multichoice even though I had settled and reactivated my subscription with them. Instead of them attending to that complaint Tebogo from Multichoice decided just to merely retype my account statement with Multichoice of which its something I mentioned on my initial complain...
"Multichoice deactivated my subscription rightfully so too but I paid and activated my account but this year I found out that they had listed me on ITC and after some correspondence with their delisting department they concluded that they couldn't remove my name from the ITC records even thought the debt was paid in full. Needless to say that this reflects bad on my credit record and my future job prospects. "
My issue with Multichoice is the ITC listing they have on my name and as mentioned Multichoice is a pay as you view service so I don't understand how they even got to blacklist me instead of just disconnecting my subscription when I failed to make payment since we pay in advance for their service!?
