I ordered a Airsoft Sniper Rifle on the 15th of October 2012 they then told me that the ETA is 2 weeks. After 2 weeks and - a day or two I emailed them and they told me the shipment is delayed I have to wait another 2 week... 2 weeks came and went and there was more and more delays. Finally when the shipment arrived my Rifle wasn't on it... Then they had the audacity to tel me that they have the new version but it retails for R 1950.00 instead of R 1450.00... So now I have to pay more because they can't deliver the one I ordered..Now I'm struggling to get a refund out of them with more excuses of people being on holiday and not being able to authorize my refund... I'M!!!.Going to take legal action...
